This song is Rhubarb by Aphex Twin, on their album: Selected Ambient Works Volume II.

All of the tracks on the Selected Ambient Works albums by Aphex Twin are great, and this is a particularly excellent song for relaxing and focusing on crafting architecture, being creative, and building solutions.
