Discounts on Databricks Certification

I am planning to take Databricks Gen AI Associate certification shortly. I am aware that if I attend a learning festival, or any other course and complete the course, we will get 50% discount on exam fee. Could you advise whether we have any such kind of options available now or in very near future.
