• AI/BI Dashboard fundamentals and how they relate to Genie and the rest of the Databricks platform.

• Exploring source data in Unity Catalog and designing reusable dashboard datasets with SQL.

• Authoring visualizations (KPIs, trends, breakdowns) and laying out a clean multi-page dashboard.

• Using Genie Code to draft SQL, charts, and filters from natural language prompts.

• Adding filters to make dashboards interactive and responsive to viewer questions.

• Publishing, sharing, and managing permissions so the right people can view and edit the dashboard.

• Running the dashboard in production with scheduled refresh, caching, and usage monitoring.

This training course is very important as it helps on how data teams are working today. For years, a data analyst’s career was defined by building static dashboards and writing raw SQL queries. This course is a blueprint for how analysts transition from being "dashboard builders" to becoming "AI/BI Architects and Semantic Curators."

As a people manager: I would highly recommend this training to anyone who wants to grow their career in Data+AI

Highly recommend this session. I’ve already run two sessions with my customer and received excellent feedback. It’s a very practical training for data analysts and does a great job connecting AI/BI Dashboards, Genie, Unity Catalog, and production best practices in one end-to-end experience. If you have the opportunity, definitely make use of this training.
