  • How can governance tooling make documentation maintenance effortless rather than a perpetual backlog item? This presentation demonstrates a practical governance automation suite built on Databricks that eliminates manual definition management across Unity Catalog and external data catalogs. Attendees will see a demo of a Databricks app that consolidates table definitions across schemas and layers, publishes data source inventories to data catalogs, supports quality monitoring, and embeds data governance directly into CI/CD pipelines.
